1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and baji888 (hereinafter referred to as "baji888", "the Platform", "We", "Our", or "Us"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://baji888.cam.

By accessing the baji888 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion or bonus terms published from time to time.

2Definitions

• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account under specific bonus offers, subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit + bonus combined, depending on the offer) must be wagered in aggregate before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification and document submission process required to validate a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of baji888 is restricted or prohibited, as updated by baji888 from time to time.
• "Platform" means the baji888 website, its associated mobile interface, all games and sports betting markets accessible thereon, and all related services and features.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet placed using real-money Balance (as distinct from bonus funds).
• "Applicable Law" means any law, regulation, guideline, or directive applicable to baji888's operations under its international licensing jurisdiction.

3Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on baji888, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. This age requirement applies regardless of the minimum legal gambling age in your local jurisdiction. baji888 enforces a 21+ policy as a responsible gambling standard.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of baji888 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited may result in account suspension. baji888 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions designated as Prohibited Jurisdictions.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under the influence of any legal incapacity that would prevent you from understanding or performing your obligations under these Terms.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on baji888. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using another person's details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.5 Self-Exclusion Status

If you have previously self-excluded from baji888 or any other online gambling platform, you are not eligible to register a new account during the effective period of that self-exclusion. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify baji888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. baji888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

4.3 KYC Verification Requirements

baji888 is required to verify the identity of all registered Players. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. The following documents are typically required:

• Government-issued photo identification: Malaysian MyKad, MyPR, Driver's Licence, or valid Passport.
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of payment method: Screenshot or photo of the registered e-wallet, bank account, or payment card used, confirming the account holder's name matches the baji888 registered name.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your identification document next to your face.

baji888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.4 Verification Timeline

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24–48 hours of submission of complete documentation. During peak periods, processing may take up to 72 hours. Players will be notified by email upon successful verification or if resubmission is required.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baji888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved Malaysian and international payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, AmBank, and supported cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. baji888 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; current minimums are published in the Platform's banking section.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the baji888 Account holder. Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification;
• Satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds;
• A minimum withdrawal amount (published in the banking section);
• Standard fraud and anti-money-laundering screening.

Indicative withdrawal processing times: E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX — 5 to 15 minutes; Bank wire transfers — 15 to 60 minutes. These are indicative ranges only and not contractually guaranteed processing times.

5.4 Currency

The default account currency on baji888 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For cryptocurrency deposits, equivalent MYR values are calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. baji888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

baji888 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal and to freeze or close Accounts where we have reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available on baji888 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless specifically superseded by promotion-specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirement calculations are based on the total Bonus amount credited unless otherwise specified.

6.3 Maximum Bet Restriction

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, individual bet sizes are capped at a maximum of MYR 50 per round or per bet, unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this cap while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates

Wagering contributions toward bonus rollover requirements vary by game type. As a general guide (individual promotions may specify different rates):

• Slots — 100% contribution
• Live dealer table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) — 10% contribution
• Sports betting — contribution rate specified per promotion
• Certain excluded games — 0% contribution (listed in individual promotion terms)

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus activation. Upon expiry, any unutilised Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited without notice.

6.6 Bonus Abuse

baji888 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts where it identifies or reasonably suspects patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil rollover requirements with minimal risk exposure; collusion between multiple accounts; and serial claiming of deposit bonuses across multiple accounts.

6.7 One Welcome Bonus per Player

Welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. baji888 reserves the right to limit or withdraw welcome bonus eligibility in circumstances where abuse is suspected.

7Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Wagers

All bets placed on baji888 are subject to the Platform's applicable sports betting rules, casino game rules, and any market-specific rules published on the Platform. A wager is considered accepted only once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. Limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. baji888 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time and to decline or limit bets from any Account at its sole discretion.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of any manifest error in odds, prices, or game outcomes — including but not limited to system malfunctions, human error, or data feed failures — baji888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. Winnings derived from clearly erroneous odds or game states will not be honoured.

7.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by baji888 in circumstances including: event postponement or cancellation; incomplete match play; data feed failure; or where baji888 reasonably determines that the integrity of a market has been compromised. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's Account Balance.

7.5 Sports Betting — Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. baji888 does not guarantee that a bet will be accepted at any displayed odds during live events. Delays in bet acceptance are inherent to live betting and do not constitute grounds for dispute.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on baji888 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players;
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events;
• Money laundering or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Bonus abuse, including coordinated low-risk wagering strategies, multi-account claiming, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Any conduct that baji888 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the baji888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and interface design — is the exclusive property of baji888 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not grant you any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; reverse engineer or decompile any Platform software; or create derivative works based on any aspect of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of baji888's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baji888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

baji888 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

11Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided by you in connection with your baji888 Account is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes processing for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised communications (where consented to).

baji888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared with third parties only where required for service delivery (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) or where mandated by applicable law.

12Responsible Gambling

baji888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes seriously its obligation to protect vulnerable players. In fulfilment of this commitment, baji888 offers the following player protection tools, available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from Account settings, effective immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts after a configurable period of continuous Platform use.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform, available on request via our 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours.

13Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by baji888

baji888 reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, pending investigation or for any other legitimate operational reason. During a suspension, the Account holder may not place wagers or initiate withdrawals.

13.2 Termination by baji888

baji888 reserves the right to terminate any Account permanently and forfeit associated balances where: the Account holder has committed a material breach of these Terms; fraudulent conduct has been established; or continued operation of the Account would expose baji888 to regulatory or legal risk.

13.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable fees, if any) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

14Amendments to These Terms

baji888 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or for security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.

15Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which baji888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise disputes with baji888's customer support team in the first instance. baji888 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
